Let's analyze a recent speech from Dementia Don at a rally in Arizona for Andy Biggs, Republican't candidate for Arizona governor.
There's a lot. Buckle in and get your driving gloves on.
As you know, I am a Speech-Language Pathologist with 30-(mumblesomething) years of experience working with elderly patients across disorders, most of them with neurological conditions. I am examining and describing Captain Guano from what I see in publicly available samples.
This rally in Bullhead City, Arizona lasted more than 1.5 hour, but LSR watched it (most of it) so you don't have to. I pulled out portions that display his rotting brain. Here's the full speech and I'll point you to timestamps.
For ease I'm going to go in order and I'll also point out a few of his run-of-the-mill narcissistic, psychopathic, mendacious, and dictator-y traits. Though not all because there are so effing many.
Truthfully, there weren't a whole lot of motor speech difficulties this time. He must've gotten some good uppers before the event. But here we go.
Here's the whole thing.
:022 Deception
"As far as the eye can see, you have people. The cameras will never capture it. They don't do that."
They don't do that because the crowds have been diminishing. People are staying away from his rallies in droves. Here's a description of one. Here is another paltry crowd. And another.
For contrast, Obama filled a 23,000 seat stadium in Manchester, UK the other day.
The ones who do show up to Frankenfarter's rallies are hecklers. They have been deliciously getting under his crepey skin, like this gramma who shot the double bird.
1:11 through 4:40 Perseveration
"When they give you the putt, take it," over and over in a long story about the gifted Qatari surveillance aircraft.
4:57 Mendacity
"We won Arizona in a landslide. The largest number of votes ever gotten."
He won Arizona by 5.53%. Hardly a landslide. Many presidents won Arizona in true landslides (20-40 points ahead), such as Herbert Hoover, Franklin D Roosevelt, and Richard Nixon.
11:00 More Lies
"And the machines were broken, but only the Republicans machines were broken."
He's talking about the last gubernatorial election in 2022, when Katie Hobbs won the governorship over orangebutt nuzzler Kari Lake (though he didn't name her. He probably can't remember her name). What the hell. Only the Repug machines were broken. Should all of the U.S. and state repugs on the same ballot who won their election ask for a do-over?
He's so weird.
12:36 "The Weave"
He starts droning on about Alaska's election. Why? Because he's a toddling, demented fool who can't stay on topic, that's why.
12:46 Voice
His voice sounds hoarse or wet. This may be due to his swallowing difficulties. A little saliva may be hanging around his vocal folds instead of being propelled down his esophagus.
17:15. Dictator Shit
"And within hours of taking the oath of office, I deployed the United States military to secure our southern border, which is what we did. I didn't go to Congress like remember Joe Biden, Sleepy Joe. If they would give me approval in Congress, you're not going to get approval. You just do it. You're the president."
19:21 LIES!
"But since I took office, rent in Arizona has plummeted by 14% and it's going to go down by another 20 or 25%. So you'll be able to go out and rent an apartment. Now, these were all the Biden era highs where your rent was unaffordable."
Here's Arizona rent averages for Studio / Efficiency, 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom, 3-Bedroom, and 4-Bedroom. Rents are up 7-10% in the year since Biden's last year in office. Data from Rentdata.org.

24:01 What the Actual Fuck?
Murders happening on the regular as folks go to restaurants in DC.
"Nobody can get a seat in a restaurant. People go into a restaurant, they're safe. They used to go out to a restaurant. They'd get mugged. They'd get killed. They'd get shot. Kids would come in from your state. They'd come in from Iowa. They'd come in from Indiana to see the Washington Monument, to see the Lincoln Memorial. And you'd call the parents, "I'm sorry, your son has been killed." They'd send them back in a box. Doesn't happen anymore. We took Washington, our capital, from a terrible, unsafe city, to one of the safest places on earth."
Kids aren't being killed at the Lincoln Memorial. You know where kids are getting killed and going home in a box? School.
The latest one (disgusting that these mass killings appear on Page 6 these days): We lost three children and a teacher in Bend, Oregon last week.
30:01 - 34:21 Lies about the Iran War
{I'm beginning to regret taking on this project. It's very much a greatest hits album, and there's an hour to go, so let's forge ahead}
34:30 MoreDictator Shit
"1:00 in the morning, they flew over and you know, somebody leaked, some sleaze bag.
They ought to go to jail and be shot for the rest of their life. They should be in jail. But they leaked that we were leaving at 12:07 from Missouri and it was in the New York Times, CNN. They leaked the time we were leaving, the time we were arriving. And I called General Raisin Kane. I said, "General, that's not good, is it?" He said, "Not good, sir, but we can do it anyway." I said, "Let's change the time." So, I called off the raid. And you know who the unhappiest people were? The pilots. They were miserable. So, after two days, I said, "All right, good. Now we can do the raid. Let's leave at exactly the same time." That was the only time that they didn't expect us to be used. We use the exact same time. But they leaked. Leakers should be, in my opinion, leakers should be shot.
[cheering]
We should appreciate in the old days we used to shoot leakers. You know when when they leak what time you're going to attack a country and the reason you're attacking is really for defense because you don't want them to have a weapon that can blow up millions of people at one shot. No leakers should be dealt with very very strongly. They're real. To me they're the scum of the earth. The leakers are the scum of the earth."
Hey, Bozo! You gonna bring your Defense Secretary in front of a firing squad? After all, he added a journalist to an unsecured Signal chat discussing specific details about military operations.
1:11:08 What the hell is this weird crap?
What is he talking about? Giants and swimmers? This is pure confabulation. His deteriorating brain is making shit up.
"(Melania said) 'And don't talk about the swimming where you look left and you look right and then you look a little further right and you see the largest human being you've ever seen, larger than Shaquille O'Neal with a bigger reach.' And the swimmer got hurt badly because she suffered massive windburn because the giant to her right swam by her so fast that the wind was unbelievable and she suffered for the rest of her life. She'll be suffering from windburn. And when the race was over, he went and rested while the other people, the young ladies, swam in. Or the track meet that took place a couple of weeks ago where they had the greatest track stars in the world. Long-term long distance run and long distance. It was a run, it was a swim, it was a bike. I don't know. These people are crazy. But the man finished 6 hours, 14 minutes, and 12 seconds ahead of the women. That means for six hours he had to wait around to pick up the trophy."
1:13:30 - 1:20:37 Seven minutes droning about his cognitive screening. This shows his rotting brain most of all
I'm going to break this down, since this is my bailiwick.
Below is the transcript of the whole seven minutes, with my annotations.
I've talked about this cognitive screener before; he has taken it several times – three times at least, by my estimation, during each one of his "annual" physicals, which happen about every six months.
He goes back to it often, trying to brag that somehow he is a super genius because he "passed" it.
The test is the Montreal Cognitive Exam, or MoCA. It is a cognitive screener, and it takes about 10 minutes to administer.
This assessment is used when there is a concern about a patient's cognition. It screens for dementia and mild cognitive impairment. It is pass/no pass, and a "no pass" would indicate that further testing is warranted, but the test is often used as a sort of a measure of decline, where an initial assessment is used as a baseline/benchmark to which subsequent tests are compared.
There are three versions of the instrument, which differ slightly on the items to reduce the effects of retesting.
I have administered this test countless times in my 30+ year career.
It looks like this. As with any standardized test, there are specific instructions given to the patient during the administration of each item.
When he riffs on this cognitive assessment, which is often, he has a perserverative playlist: he talks about the animals, the numbers task, and the delayed memory task. I haven't heard him describe the other tasks.
So, here we go again....
"But remember, I'm the only one that took the test. You know, I took the aptitude test or whatever the hell they call it. I took it when I do every time I do a physical I take a mental test and I've aced it.
Ok, dude. Yeah. You are the only one (president) who took it because no other president has shown the cognitive decline that you have!
Secondly, it's not at all an aptitude test. It's not an IQ test, it is not an intelligence test of any sort. It is a test for cognitive decline.
Where's my doctor? Is he around? I travel with more doctors than any human. If people get sick in the audience, they don't they leave him alone. You know what they call him? Collateral damage. If that person right over there, friend of mine, he looks like shit, actually. He looks he looks like he's ready to have a heart attack. If he actually had a heart attack, you know what my doctors would do that follow the president, all presidents. They would leave him alone. I say, "Please help him." "No, sir, we can't leave your side." I said, "But he's dying of a heart attack! Sir, he's collateral damage." Can you believe it? They got like six ambulances and they won't use one for anybody else. Anyway, well, let's hope we never have that problem.
You travel with more doctors than any human because no other human is as sick as you are, with so many ailments that could take you down at any moment! To name some probabilities: obesity, kidney disease, heart disease, dementia, history of stroke, chronic venous insufficiency (the last being the only official diagnosis).
And no, a doctor will not ignore a medical emergency to huddle over your obese ass that needs six ambulances to transport.
But Katie Hobbs is somebody that could not pass the test. So I took them every time and I got them all right. I aced them.
Compulsory mention of the opponent of the candidate he is supposedly stumping for.
And originally the doctor, you know, first when I first got into office, they said, "He's a brilliant person who's looking to take over the country. He's a dictator. He's horrible." And that didn't work. The next time they said, "He's a really stupid guy. Has no idea what he's doing." That didn't work. Then they did another another. I said, "Why don't I take the it's called a cognitive test. It's a very standard test, but very tough."
Who is this doctor who is saying all of those things? Hint: It wasn't a doctor, it was millions of the rest of us. We said all that because it's true (except the brilliant part. That's in your fever dreams).
At 1:14:53 notice he has a sound error on the word cognitive. It comes out "cog-a-na-tive."
There are few people in this audience that can once you get past the first question, which is quite easy.
The first task is actually one of the most difficult, in my experience of watching folks complete it. It's a trail-drawing task, and it's one of the most sensitive tasks to screen for cognitive decline. There are tests that use this singular task to measure cognition, such as the Trail Making Test. I seriously doubt that he was able to easily complete it.
They show you a lion, a bear, a giraffe, and a snake, and they say, "Which one is the lion?"
That's not the instruction, and if you took the test three times in 12 months you should remember that. The instruction is to name each of three animals, not identify one.
In either case, it's not the flex you think it is, Shitler.
Joe Biden was unable to answer that particular No, but you know what they do? The fake news, like the New York Times, when they show the test, they ask 30 questions.
Wait a minute. I thought you were the only one to take the test?
It's 30 points, not 30 questions. And we refer to them as items, as they aren't questions per se, and some have more than one part.
By the time you get to the middle of the hard, by the time you get to the end, you have to be very, very smart. Like, take a number, any number. Okay, I got it. 15. Triple it, divide by four, add 37, add another 293, subtract 12, multiply by two, divide by three. What is your number, sir? I got it right. Nobody gets it right. They don't tell you about that.
The MoCA does not have an item like this, and as far as I know, there is no cognitive test at all that has an item such as this. This wouldn't give much information at all, except perhaps arithmetic aptitude. I would've really like to have him actually do all of those calculations during his speech. If he really aced something like that, why didn't he perform it instead of just spouting off a bunch of numbers?
(Aside: the answer is 219.5 according to my calculator, because I'm not about to try to do that shit in my head)
The item from the MoCA that has to do with numbers is called "serial sevens." The patient is asked to subtract seven from 100 and keep subtracting seven about five times. You can miss one and still get full points.
Or they give you five words. Oh, they mock me for this. Oh, anybody? They can't do it. No, nobody up there could do any of these things. They give you five words and you don't know what they're doing. They say, "Sir, we're going to give you five words. We would like you to repeat those words, preferably in order." And what they don't say is at the end of the test, a half hour later, they do it again. So you don't know that. Five words, sir. Hat, hair, logo, white, black. Sir, would you please repeat those words? [snorts] Hat, hair, logo, white, black. Oh, you got it right now.
You get extra points if you can do them in the same order. Right now, a half hour goes by. They've asked you 25, 30 other questions, sir. In the middle of the test, we asked you about five words. Will you please repeat them again? Ideally, in order, you will get points if you get them all. You will get points. But if you can report them in order, you get a lot of points. Go ahead. hair, logo, white, black, and they go, "Holy nobody." No, nobody can do that.
Way to name only four of your five self-selected words in this diatribe.
Here is the truth, genius. The examiner asks you to repeat the words twice (without a score) in order to make sure you heard them correctly and that you have a chance to encode them into your memory.
The scoring comes after a distracted delay. Order does not matter, and in fact that is part of the instructions, that the patient may recall them in any order. There are no extra points for getting them in order. Nope.
Actually, you should know they are going to ask them again later because it's part of the instructions. In any case, after three times taking the test, do you now know that they are going to have you repeat the words after a distracted delay? Weirdo.
The patient is asked to repeat the words about 5 minutes later, not half-hour later. If this test is taking half hour, then something is terribly wrong.
"Holy nobody can do that?" Sir, almost everybody can do that. That is why it is a screener to separate normal from disordered cognition. And I can almost guarantee that you were not able to do that.
When I tell the fake news about that, oh, that's so easy. Nobody can do that. Very few people can do that. And very few, they say very few people can do it, but almost none can do them in order like that. But I can. You know why? Because I'm a freaking genius. That's why.
[cheering]
No, but No, but you know what? I took three of them. And instead of praising me, I'm the only one, no president, Barack Hussein Obama, who got into college for different reasons than you did. He's not a smart guy.
Finally, a truth! Barack Hussein Obama got into college for very different reasons! He got into Columbia and Harvard Law because he is fuckin' smart. You got into Wharton School of Business because your daddy paid off some admissions official.
And sleepy Joe Biden we know is dumb as a rock. He was dumb 30 years ago. It's not just now because today he has a difficulty. We don't want to hurt people with difficulties. But these guys are not smart guys. These aren't the smart guys. We need brilliant people.
Actually, I give a point for being sensitive to Biden's stutter. Know better, do better. Whowouldathunk this sack of excrement could actually do better?
So, I like the idea of taking tests. I said to the doctor, "Is it a hard test?" They said, "Yeah, it gets hard." You know, toward the middle, toward the end, it's very hard. The first questions are easy. But when you get into question 15 and beyond, it's very hard. Very few people can get it. One doctor said, "I've never had anybody get them all right." I got them right three times. So, you know, that's good.
The last item is providing the date, the place, and the city. Very hard, indeed. You get six of the 30 possible points by knowing the date and where you are. Wow. A very stable genius indeed.
That doctor must not have seen many patients with normal cognition if he's never seen anybody get them all right! Maybe he only sees the most severe in the memory care unit.
But, and the doctor's here. Where's my doctor? He's an admiral. Can you believe it? Where's my doctor? He's a great guy. He's always waiting for something to happen. It's got He leads a He leads a crazy life. Where's my doctor? Anyway, they give a test. And the people that give the tests are doctors that you don't know.
"Always waiting for something to happen." We all are, Mr. Doofus. We all are.
You know, these are people they don't know me. Probably half of them are Democrat. They'd love to see me do badly. I said, "So, doctor, is there such a test where I can show people about this ability?" And they go, "Well, sir, yes, but you know, if you get it wrong, the word will probably get out because it's sort of public." Walter Reed Hospital, one of the great one of the great hospitals. I said, "How hard is it?" He said, "Pretty hard." And uh I said, "Is it pretty?" He said, "Yeah, the last 10 questions are very hard, sir. And the problem is if you do badly on the test, it's going to get out."
It's not "sort of public" and word will not "probably get out." There are strict HIPAA regulations, and no one is going to risk their license by disclosing the results of any test. Hell, you've probably forced them to sign NDAs on top of their professional obligations.
That's why no other president has taken this test. So, here's this. They're genius because here's what happens. I took it once, I aced it. I took it again, I aced it. And I took it fairly recently. My last physical, I aced it.
Here's what they said. What's wrong with the president? Why does he continue to take the cognitive test? There's something wrong with him. Why is he taking this test three times?
These people are genius. They're sick. So, I said, I'm never taking it again, doctor. They they wanted to say there's something wrong because I took it so much. What are they trying to find? What are the these people and this is what you have?
You are projecting! You won't take it again because the results are frightening to you.
And the weird sentence construction and word salad that keeps popping up. It's awful!
But Katie Hobbs would not do well in the cognitive test. I would venture to say after question five, I'd love politicians to take this test because almost with the exception of course of the two great senators that we have with us today, I think they'd do very well. I don't know if you'd ace it to be honest with you, Tim. I don't know if you'd ace but you would be you wouldn't be embarrassed. Let me put it that way.
Just weird.
1:20:57 Contradict much?
"She (Gov. Katie Hobbs) made Arizona one of the least affordable states in the entire country."
Wait a minute! Earlier you said that Arizona rents went down by 14% since you took office!
1:21:09 Another paraphasia
He made a speech boo-boo when he tried to say "vetoed" and it came out sounding like "votoed."
1:22:24 Tangent and a Weird Ask
He is so egotistical he goes on a tangent to poll the audience about if he would be president if he hadn't done "The Apprentice."
Look at how he asks.
1:22:36 "Would Donald Trump be president if I didn't do The Apprentice?"
1:22:44 "Ask it the other way. If I didn't do The Apprentice, would I be president?
That's the other way, all right. What a moron.
1:23:35 A Big Ego and a Bigger Dick (Disinhibition Mixed with Malignant Narcissism)
Almost an hour and a half into the rally, after he has mentioned Andy Biggs's opponent nine times and talked for most of those 83 minutes about himself, he finally gets to the candidate that he came to endorse.
"Andy, I watched you speak and I want you just to come up for one minute because we don't want to hear you two minutes, three minute, just one minute because I have to do this."
What. A. Dick.

At Rally in Syracuse NY. Word Salad
Pure nonsense starting at 18:00:18
He's going to tap into your oil. You know, you're you're sort of sitting on reserves like not look, Texas is Texas, but you're damn close. You are sitting on some of the greatest oil reserves anywhere in the world, and you're not allowed to touch it. But you know who is taking it? Pennsylvania, Ohio, all this. And you know what they're doing? They go straight down. You know, you can make those drill bits talk. You can make them sing. You can make them go. They go down. New York's over here. Pennsylvania. They go down and they take a sharp left and they suck our oil out. Can you believe it?
And if you go upstate New York, you'll see lines of different states and you'll see one has Cadillacs because they like Cadillacs better than they like Mercedes. But one has an Escalade and one has a 50-y old Chevy. And you're talking about three feet. It's a line that goes right up. One has some beautiful drilling plants and one has no drilling plants. Got no money. It's got poverty.
What they've done to this state is unbelievable. They won't let you take, do you know? They won't let you build the pipeline through your state. They don't even have to touch your land. It goes under goes way underground. They won't let you build it, which is, by the way, killing the East Coast. It's killing the East Coast. Was he a friend or an enemy? That's all right. His His mother just called him. Get out of there, son. She's watching. Get out of there, son. You stupid guy. His mom is gone cuz his mother, he doesn't know, his mother's a big Trump voter.
Huh?!?!
Getting Meaner. Irritability = Dementia
That growl!
Difficulty swallowing.
The poster of this video calls it a lisp. It's not; it is severely impaired saliva management. His swallowing is becoming affected, specifically the senses in his mouth are not signaling that he should swallow once there is the right amount of saliva. The saliva builds up, and he ends up with a wet mouth and eventually slurping to catch it before he drools it out anteriorly.
He does this slurping a lot. Once you notice it, it's everywhere.
In this clip, he has mushy/imprecise /s/ sounds, which is typical for him and probably exacerbated by the excess saliva. The saliva is actually leaking a bit: it's grainy, but you can see his lips become wet.
He walked right past his ride. Secret Service had to run after him and usher him back to The Beast.
Scissor Walk, Cues for his Right Leg, and Waving to No One
There is so much wrong in this trek from the lawn to Marine One. Watch his impaired gait, his attempts to cue himself by patting his right leg, and, weirdest of all, waving to no one. This man is not fit to lead the Harper Valley PTA, let alone the United States of America.
He continues to seriously drag that right leg to the point where he keeps patting it.
Also, he has a habit of waving to nobody. https://t.co/y70lnUebcJ
Here's another one of the leg tap and an awkward step off the grass to the pavement. He also appears to wave to no one, but in this one there are a few construction workers in the distance. Maybe that was his target.
